On 11/11/11, Richard spent the day at the Nevada State Veteran's Home in Boulder City, Nevada. Our Veterans were honored and a new license plate for female veterans was unveiled. Afterward, Richard was able to tour the Nevada State Veteran's Home and speak with residents and visitors.
