Our budget will be one of the biggest concerns during the 2011 Legislative session, and with an expected deficit of more than 3 billion dollars we must look at making government more efficient, accountable, and transparent. We must establish a "rainy day" fund to offset what we are experiencing now. Knowing where every dollar is going and what it will be doing when it gets there.
