Senator Reid invites struggling homeowners who have a loan with Bank of America or Wells Fargo to attend this clinic and sit down with a HUD approved housing counselor and representatives from Bank of America and Wells Fargo to discuss workout options that may be available for them in order to avoid foreclosure on their home.
Please bring the following financial documents with you if you are requesting workout assitance from your lender:
- Copies of pay stubs for the immediate past two months.
- Copies of bank statements for the immediate past two months.
- If you are self-employed: the most recent Profit and Loss Statement and a copy of the last full tax return with all schedules.
- Letter of explanation of the hardship that you are currently experiencing.
- 2009 and 2010 tax returns.
